My room included climate control, a minibar, and a sofa bed. Location: the hotel was just next door to another big shopping center where was the previous FIAT factory and a nice napolitan pizzeria...

We really enjoyed our stay at this attractive hotel and would highly recommend it. Although we only had time for one night, everything was great.

The price of rooms was reasonable and the rooms were clean.
The staff had misunderstood our booking and did not have the correct rooms available for our group.

This hotel was clean, offered a reasonably priced room with a separate bedroom, and we really enjoyed our short stay there.

Rooms were fine for a good price. It's a little away from everything, but there is a regular bus going almost in front of the hotel going to the center. Airco was nice to have and everything was clean.
There was some confusion about the parking and later on the payment. I thought the staff was incredibly rude and impatient handling this. Also the information they have us about the surroundings was minimum. No "good mornings" or friendly faces, also with the other staff that guided the reception later on. Short: this hotel would do so much better with friendly people behind the counter! The breakfast was very basic and sweet. The milk and the cheese were not cooled, standing outiside since 7 in the morning, which made the cheese almost melt, it did not look very hygienic.

good price/quality, although I won't have paid the normal price. Nice and helpfull staff.
to far away from old center. Frugal breakfast: wasn't much to choose from + there wasn't much left, even though there was still 1 hour left.

This hotel in Turin is a gem! the value for money is unbeatable - affordable prices without compromising on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail is outstanding - from the well-functioning air conditioning system in the rooms to the nice bathrooms. Lastly, the location is superb - within walking distance of the train station and close to the city center.
All was great, no improvements needed.

the location is very comfortable in spite of people say about the distance to the center, there is a bus that takes to the center within 30 min max. the room was extremely clean that was important for me. the staff spoke English quite good in spite of reviews say opposite, but all the time we found at least one who spoke English both during the day and night. breakfast is not fabulous, but quite reasonable.
the room was a little bit small.

- reasonable price, - the room was nicely furnished, and we were surprised to find in our room a plasma TV, - close (round 5 minutes walk) to Torino Lingotto train station that makes it easier to get to the cities in the neighbourhood (ex. Genova), - if you decide to walk to the historic centre of Turin, it will take you round 45 minutes till you get to Torino Porto Nuovo train station, - very polite and helpful personnel, - breakfast was nothing of special, but it was enough to start the day for the price we've paid.

the staff was attentive and took care of my room promptly, even though I arrived alone. the rooms were well, built for a 3, star hotel and the hotel itself had a cozy, family, like atmosphere. the breakfast was reasonably priced and of good quality, with delicious coffee. the personnel were extremely helpful and made sure to fulfill all my requests. They even organized a taxi for my early morning departure, which arrived promptly at 4am. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the Fiere. It exceeded my expectations for a 3, star hotel. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The family who manage/own the hotel are helpful and friendly people. Quite location.
1. Basic room facilities like kettle and iron was not provided so for those who stayed long will have difficulties. 2. Wifi was very weak in the room. 3.Although trying to be helpful the staff could not communicate well in English.
